Good info. Thanks to everyone. I'm excited for the 2014. I just hope it's not a $70k vehicle. I honestly don't know if i could trade up my 2010 and pay $35k for the upgrade....

Considering the 2013 are stickered from $63-$65K, its not too far-fetched to assume the 2014 would be near $70K with a new dash layout and an 8-speed.

The bright side is you would only have to pay sales tax on $35K......

I still find it unbelievable that a base Grand cherokee is about $30k, and the big dog is $65k+.

They both have all components and are both fully functional, just different....amazing. :-(

I cant believe that the 12/13 SRT is 20k more than an Overland of the same year.

should be interesting when they finally get here. I think with the 8 speed, knocking off 3-4 tenths in the 1/4 should be easily attainable. And with the better MPG, we'll be able to bypass a few gas stations now.
As for the front fascia, i actually like ti the way it is. Its the rear end i hate. But i hope they dont make it look like the 2014 grand cherokees they revealed. Looks ugly IMO

Lets hope it's something comparable to the Ford FI motors. Would be nice to have a solid shortblock that you could pull the blower off, slap some snails on it and make sick power.

I am waiting to see the new '14 srt8 with the 8 speed. I would have pulled the
trigger on a local '13 Vapor but wil wait.
FYI had dinner with a friend who works at the test facility for Chrysler.
He said they were testing a supercharged srt as we speak.
70k is alot of dough for a jeep.
