help with choosing Rear shocks

Hi, woundering if anyone can help me choose what rear shocks to get. I have an 08, i live in Brooklyn and whenever I go over a bump at 30mph or more i freeking bottom out in the rear, she's all stock except for my corsa exhaust that I just got. love it!!! I don't race it, except for local douchbags that think there rice burner is faster than American Muscle, so im just looking for a comfortable smooth ride that I dont have to worry about jacking my brakes everytime i see a little bumb or gap in these beautiful NY roads we have. Thanks for your help.

Stock or the QA1's from Stage6, but I doubt I needed to tell you since I am sure you searched before asking.

I love my Stage 6 shocks. They are a little bouncy at very low speeds, but do wonders on big bumps and such. I don't cringe anymore every time I go over a bump. And the fact that they are adjustable makes them ever better, so you can adjust depending on how crappy your roads are.

Thanks, I did do my research, just wanted to make sure to go with the Stage 6s... They say the $45 Cherokee shocks "fit" for srt8, but wanted to see what you guys say. Do I need to do the front as well or can I just swap out the rears? Do the bump stops have anything to do with it? Crappy roads higher setting yes? Thanks again this forum is awsum, been reading it for months and finally joined, you guys are great! Thanks

are you sure you are not lowered ? - I never used to bottom out on stock springs/struts

But Qa1 shocks seem to be the only replacement for rears - you can also replace your front struts with Bilstein ( oem replacemet )

Hit up Stage6 as I believe they have a deal for springs & shock combo right now. If youre not interested in springs then im sure they can hook you up with a pair of Qa1's

I bottomed out my WK1 on stock suspension before a few times. It was when I hit large transitions on the highway at speed. So it is possible.

Stage 6 rear shocks are great. They have a group buy going on right now for shocks and lowering springs. I'd be all over that.
