I was coming off south beach tonight and a 911 s try to run me, took his a##.When he got back next to me after I slow down he was asking what the hell I had under the hood, I was like a stock jeep srt 8 his mouth drop and then rode off with a shock look on his face.I love my jeep.

I know that the Jeep is fast, but it shouldn't be faster than a 911.
I used to race 911's in my 500 rwhp RX-7 all the time, and I wouldn't call them "slow".
Was it an old 911?

A basic 911 carrera s only rocks 400 bhp. Maybe your thinking of a 911 turbo, those things are fast.
Good kill OP!

Yes, I did Race modified Turbos.
Actually, normally aspirated 911's from 2005+ all had about 330-350ish HP.
The Turbo's were about 480ish, not counting special models.
However...
The OP stated it was a 911S (which does rock 400HP)
With approximately only 20Hp less than the Jeep, and half the weight. Other than a hole-shot off the line, it still shouldn't happen with a stock Jeep.
In the interest of ending this "internet debate", I will presume the Porsche owner didn't know what he was dealing with, and thought he was going to have an easy fight.

It may have been this guy that I met at Homestead. He cannot drive...
