This is what Rich sent me RMON

this helped alot the only thing i did different was i put the relay inside the fuse box.

Yellow = + bat terminal.
White = fuel pump power wire (it's red with orange stripe in the pwr distrib ctr on 08's)
Black = connect to a terminal on the hobs switch and connect the other terminal to a
good ground. (I used a lug on the fender well)
Blue = use the extension wire to run back to the harness that connects the fuel hat to
the chassis wiring. The connector is about 18 inches long and right above the
rear diff. It connects at the fuel hat plug and the other plug is in the "tunnel"
again right above the rear diff.

What you need to do is cut the black ground wire in the 18 inch harness. The end going to the connection for the chassis ground you just tape up. Connect the wire that you ran from the blue lead coming out of the relay the the other end of the black wire in the harness that was cut. The end of the black wire going to the fuel hat connector has the blue wire connected and now becomes the power wire for the second pump. Leave a little slack in the connection because you have to be able to drop the tank a bit to disconnect the connector at the hat if you need to do repairs later.
