Check out your front drive shaft at the cv joint on the transfer case. Mine was worn out after 30000 miles. New front drive shaft and the vibs and shuddering are gone.

At mine the rubber cuff was defective and there was some axial play.
Repair make no sense - the replacement of the driveshaft was not too expensive

Are you talking about the bushing that goes into the diff?
