Just came off Pa Turnpike and saw a guy pulled over in a Vette. Cop was driving what looked to be an F150 pick up. Dark Blue, no lights on top, just blue and red flashers in both the front and rear. Anyone seen this before?
I've heard of F150s being used in the Chicago area but haven't seen it yet. I have been pulled over by an unmarked minivan though. Thankfully he let me go with a strong lecture.

Most of the unmarked cars are for specialty police work and not traffic but they do use a few for traffic
Most of the time if you get pulled over by one its because you pissed them off enough to go out of there way. Because they don't normally write tickets if your nice and apologetic they will just let you go with a warning.
Most here are used for traffic or under cover stings. The "sports car" types are used for highway or local traffic, and the unmarked civilian looking vehicles are used for narcotic buys, prostitution stings, etc. They range from mini vans, trucks, SUV's, cars. Basically what you wouldn't suspect a cop to be driving, is what they're driving
