Rear Fogs used as brake lights?

I notice a few trucks have their rear fogs connect as brake lights. is this an easy trick?!

You can either wire up your own or contact ken at tail light solutions. Most contact ken.

thats funny i actually just ordered my rear for light harnesses tonight from taillight solutions aswell... plug and play is so nice of an option instead of splicing factory conections or making your own adaptors

I just built one myself for my 2006 to have the break and turn indicator lights. Very simple and straight forward.

If you want the whole deal done by somebody else, go with Taillight Solutions as mentioned.

Went with Ken myself. Only thing you need to tell him is if you have regular lights or LED lights. If you have LEDs I would also get the LED fogs. I say that because, some one on here had LED tales with the OEM fog lights and it seem to have a delay. Reading through the thread it was do to not having the LEDs in the fogs.

In the models before 2009 there's actually a pair of fog light connectors as part of the backup sensor harness that you can cut off and use, but the new ones don't. I found that out because I bought a 2007 harness and its completely different than my 2010, but I'm using the connectors on that for my rear fogs.

got mine last week from Taillight solutions as well. Make sure you check your rear fog light bulb sockets and check for corrosion on the contacts. Mine were rusty and corroding from the open elements that the contacts werent creating electricity. Ken sold me the light bulb sockets as well :-)
