Yeah that's pretty cool!
I started with Inventor also and they are both very similar and both very user friendly but for the work I do I prefer SolidWorks hands down. I just implemented Enterprise PDM for SolidWorks and is making a huge difference in the department.
Cool setup bro! What 3D CAD software do you use?
I use AutoCAD with Cadworx for most all 3D, Use a bit of Microstation as well...

Please design that shit so it works throughout the heat of the day!!! LOL! SO Cal and San Fran Bay are such horrible areas to go to refineries for us as the VRU almost ALWAYS breaks down until atmospheric conditions cool down and they can get it up and running again. Maybe they all just have old piles of shit?
The units we design should not shut down because of the heat of the day. If the unit is going somewhere hot there will be equip installed to keep any liquids cool and will continue running. May not be quite as efficient in extreme heat conditions, but won't shut down...

Nice setup man! Those look like the 27" monitors I have. Got to love the dual monitor set up.

Sounds like a blast! No pun intended
I can just imagine all the security implementations there.
Not having the three inches isn't so bad, unless you were to ask that question to my GF.. HAHA
Hahaha!
Hey, have you seen SolidWorks Electrical? I just saw a YouTube video of it last week and I thought it was pretty good. The guy we have here doing the electrical is also using AutoCAD, we are thinking about upgrading him to SW Electrical after watching that video.
But if you upgrade they'll need to change your title no...!
I do commercial and industrial roofing. We do anything from a small flat roof on a house to schools, churches, strip malls etc. New construction as well as re roofing. This is a shot of a 167,000 sq. ft. project I'm working on now. All I have on my phone right now.
