Trinity issues

Holy Smokes,

I purchased a trinity three months ago new. It has worked great. This was a replacement for my predator. Today I got in the car and the trinity read

An Internal update has been installed that requires a reboot.
Please unplug your trinity briefly to cycle the power.

After unplugging and cylcing power at least ten times, it repeatedly reads the same thing. I have it connectedd to the computer now and it says the same thing over and over


Please Help

Kinda worried about doing anything as this was installed and I would have no way of putting the stock tune back in the truck WTHeck

Ds downloaded won't even connect to it. I did some searches and similar post say its toast. I guess I need to give them a call

Have you ever connected it to the comp before? Custom tune? If so your original backup tune should be saved on your computer. If it is toast, they have ways of getting the back up in your vehicle and starting fresh. Post up on the DS forum. You'll get an answer within a couple hours usually

Just came back in from Singapore yesterday and the second time I drive her baaaam! Well still driving but looks like Ill be without a trinity for a while. Hope I can find the receipt.

this just happend to me on a brand new unit, there was same message with a (2) then after unplug it is stuck on the (1) WTF

Yup, gotta send it in. I had this happen to my Trinity as well.
