Injen seems to be developing one. They have a prototype out. Similar design to the HPE and other short ram intakes, but has somewhat of heat shield.

Apparently a heat shield doesn't do much from what I've been told. The temps on both sides will be about the same. What's more important is the tubing material of the CAI and if it will soak up heat or not.

I think until a design like Volant shows up with a totally enclosed setup the bwoody is the way to go. The bwoody grabs that cold air!

Only good thing over bwoody is injen is usually smog legal in Cali. Other than that im still looking at the bwoody

I've been thinking about getting the longer Bwoody. Would you guys recommend waiting for volant one over the Bwoody?

no, just get the bwoody. that injen does look pretty nice though, looks almost like what stage 6 was working on
