Yeah man at the moment you're options are limited.
Bwoody CAI which violates requirement 1
Hennessey CAI which violates requirement 2
There is also the LMI intake which can be ordered for the WK2, I don't think it's listed on the website. Again, it's like the Hennessey, so again requirement 2.
The bwoody IMO is the best CAI at the moment for performance, but the washer modifacation does turn a few people off. I've done a custom setup with my washer tank so it works like stock and I got the bwoody. Win Win in my book. The Hennessey looks like a good intake, but IMO draws way too much hot air. I think it's more for looks. Then again, I prefer the bwoody looks over the Hennessey. Volant needs a Jeep to make a CAI for the WK2 SRT8 out in Cali. At least that's what they told me when I asked about it months ago.
So in your case, you may either need to settle or go custom.
That would be awesome man if you do! I may consider trading into a Volant depending how it turns out. I still really like the Bwoody though.
easy part is getting it there, hard part is getting me home. I really like the bwoody as well we just flood around here really bad. I have even sent a couple emails to AEM about making a 4" bypass valve for the bwoody intake but havent gotten any emails back

Let me know what AEM says. I'd be interested in one.
Well I guess the next question is has anyone perchance logged IAT's with and without the HPE unit? So far of all the ones I've seen of that style I seem to like that one the best.

I don't know if you can log IATs yet? Are there any tuners or other devices that can plug into the WK2 and can log them or at least read them?
It's not the HPE, but I did this with my bwoody. I'll copy my post over for you if you haven't seen it before:
I picked up a new toy the other day. Figured I'd put it to use. The temps were taken after a 15 minute cruise down a back country road. I pulled off in an empty lot and took some readings. Here is what I found. Enjoy.
