-Meeting spot or restaurant suggestion (I was thinking about meeting at Wings n More off Westheimer & Dairy Ashford)

I'd prefer anything on the north side of Houston, but it really doesn't matter. Woodlands has a lot of great places, and it seems like most of the htown guys live somewhere central or north side. Either way
Sunday afternoon/ evening is always good for me. Just not mornings, I have to pay my respects to the big guy up stairs.

I am on the North side as well. Saturdays would be best for me.... Although anytime Friday-Sunday could work as well. I think The Woodlands would be a great venue. Once a month seems like a good amount to meet.
