That is the Crate not the production 2 different animals however the production 392 does have a forged crank just like the 6.1L

We do offer a drop in 392 forged piston now

so we could use the OEM 392 crank, forged rods and pistons in the 6.1L, sounds like a cheap built motor to me

I have a 6.4 torn apart now at the dealership. the crank is forged. chrysler uses mahle pistons that are not forged, The connecting rods are made of forged powdered metal with a “fractured cap” design
