While everyone has a right to their own opinion I think a lot of the items you brought up were definitely not issues but more along the lines of dislike / rant / trolling.
1) Chips in rim, if it came from the manufacturer like this (mine had one). If the chips occurred after you took delivery then the fault lies with you.
2) Brake dust, you did see the brakes before buying the car right? Any high performance vehicle with large brakes will put out a lot of dust unless you sacrifice braking capability to go with a low dust pad option. They at least do not instantly throw off rust like the Corvettes deal with.
3) Same as #1 the fault lies with you are where you drive.
4) Car vs SUV there are laws of physics that you cannot defeat.
5) The leak is definitely a quality issue and should be resolved by the dealer.
6) Seat quality, check out all of the gripes about the seats in the 60k+ Corvettes and come back. While the seats are not the best they are certainly above average.
7) Doors, mine do not rattle or sound hollow. Have your dealer listen and see if something came loose inside the door.
8) Paddle shifters, I have had some noisy ones and some nice ones but I haven't even used mine on the Jeep SRT8 so I can't comment on them.
9) Rear carpet, carpet quality seems normal. Definitely look at getting a cargo liner it will help protect the carpet long term.
10) Post washing. . . seriously?? You lost a lot of creditability with this one and moved the post into the troll realm. If you worry about wash ribbons invest in an electric leaf blower and blow the water off the car and the crevices. It works great, reduces the time to dry and doesn't cost much to buy one. (PS: If you want detailing tips just hang around Corvette forums. )

Half those problems sound like they can pertain to wk1's as well. I guess paying 60k + I would expect a lot too.

$60K doesn't buy you much these days. Heck, even a loaded Toyota minivan comes close to $50K!
I've got a small bucket-load of QC issues also......stuff like loose chrome trim, mis-aligned doors, loose fender flare panels, loose control knobs, etc, etc. Thankfully, I'm not too anal about it and still love driving my WK2. Hopefully, Jeep got its act together on the '13 models.
