I think you'll find the overwhelming answer will be Billet Technology - http://www.custombilletstore.com/product_p/3018.htm. Lots of companies have copied them and for a reason.

I've seen a Pringles can used as one before...oh no wait that was a CAI lol. Yeah I think BT leads that race on this forum.

Best looking - Billet Tech

Functioning / ease of use - Moroso all the way...the drain valve can't be beat for a quick no mess solution...

Just my 2 cents...I've had both, they all work well.
