I refute all that BS. I refute the moderators and site owner/operator for allowing harrassing and unsubstaniated bs with no first hand knowledge to be posted on here. it is slanderous and libelous.

and we will hold any such person or business accountable for stating or allowing this to happen or continue to happen.

Hennessey has had some problems in the past but he is on a number of our other forums (and has been for quite some time) and has had an excellent reputation. Please search for his name at the following sites and make an informed decision for yourself.

Re: Jeep SRT8 Turbo Road Testing

John,

As I mentioned in the email. Since we have no first hand knowledge of your previous transactions we will not take action.

We feel it is our users' right to post concerns regarding the history of businesses, wether they be supporting vendors or not. If you feel the statements are libelous or slanderous, I would advise taking that issue up with the original posters.

While I feel you have been a great vendor on our forums during your stay with us, I cannot simply remove posts or threads that our users' post about your past because you want me to.

Re: Jeep SRT8 Turbo Road Testing

For one thing this thread is not full of BS this thread is full of TRUE comments from your past customers that you ripped off. Business is business and if you dont know how to run one or deal with your customers this is how you are going to be treated. I stated in an earliar thread that you were a crook for trying to sell a turbo kit for $10,000 which is all starting to make sense now. Also i now see why you are not allowing a mail order kit, because you will have all these people drop there trucks off at your shop and let them sit there and never touch them like you have in the past.

Looks like Mr hennesey is in a bind......

Re: Jeep SRT8 Turbo Road Testing

How about at least moving this post out of "performance" and into a more appropriate forum.

Re: Jeep SRT8 Turbo Road Testing

I am sure some people on this forum would be interested in a specific response from Hennessey to 03AZRoush's allegations instead of threats of a lawsuit! I am not a business owner but it does not seem to be good business to have your customers arrested. My personal policy is to conduct all of my business dealings as if they are being taped and I would not care if someone was filming my words. Other vendors have been confronted with allegations such as these (some exhaust vendors come to mind) and have offered full refunds, not threats.
