What did you replace it with and is it possible the grounds are loose?

Yes to both... CEL is on... And the mods are as follows...
Indy stage II heads, PPP ported intake, MM ported throttle body, comp cams custom cam, kooks headers and cats, magnaflow exhaust, 80lb injectors, dual walbro fuel pump. I have had the CEL for a while though... It was a misfire that set it off. I've been having sole problems with limp mode as well... From what I've read on that, it's most likely in the shifter. Tried cleaning the bands but most likely will have to bite the bullet and buy the new shifter assembly. Any help on both issues would be greatly appreciated. Also I had red lightning bolt come on the dash once or twice... Throttle body sensor??

Could be a tuning issue with your mods

Did you re-install your tune? Since the battery died it probably lost all the adaptives and is now having to relearn. Happened to me this winter when the Jeep was outside for a few weeks.

I also noticed that right before the battery died it was adding more fuel on bank 2 since the O2 sensor I assume was not getting the proper voltage and sending a weak signal to the PCM. It learned to live this way and when the new battery was installed it died a few times as it learned to live with a weak signal and was now getting a perfect signal. You should be OK but I'd check your trims just to be sure and reinstall the tune.

I try to reinstall my tune about every 3 months as for some reason my Jeep has angry Gremlins that live in it or Alzheimers I'm not sure which...lol . Once I reinstall everything is back to perfect

Your may want to try upping your idle 50 in P/N and 100 in D/R

Im leaning to the side with tuning issues and not sure why you need the dual fuel pump with your mods and could be the source of your issues with fuel trims out of whack, IDK man

I was going to say the tune may be off as well, but if you have tried that then I don't know.
