Well if you want to nit-pick, he didn't need the extra speed. Tires are great water pumps and the same joke could have been funnier at a slower speed.

I've already posted earlier in the thread that I would be pissed if he did that to me or my family. I do have kids, 8 y/o and 13 y/o girls, but I still find it funny-very funny to be honest.

His intentions weren't to harm anyone, he simply spashed them with water.

I agree completely. Things could of went badly, and it was a very mean act, but I found it funny. It wouldn't have been very funny if someone had been hurt though.
