fvck off ass clown i pmed you on how much boost you run. fact is fact, a front mount will always beat a rear mount. what do you think i make this up. maybe the camaro guys have tried it already and figured it out. rear mounts are 10 years old and if they worked as good as the fronts, they wouldnt still be stuffing turbos under the hood.

No true, most people wont to have them up front because they look cooler when you pop the hood. Not to mention most people are old school.

not 100% correct. you have to remember that people have different preferences. Not everybody is going to want to have all that heat in the engine bay and on the same token not everybody is going to want the turbos in the rear. Whether it's driving styles or whatever the case may be there is always going to be people that like different set ups, just facts of life. Just because you see more with the turbo in the front, doesn't make it a fact that a turbo in the front is better.

Careful now, you're not helping disprove the Camaro=redneck stereotype at all.

holy cow get off the camaros nuts people, all i said was the front mounts spool quicker and make more power. period. gosh some of u are dense.

also i say one thing and now im going to be banned. you guys are bashing my car left and right, redneck this, bla bla bla, dont dish it out if you cant take it. dang soccer mom suv people are so sensitive.

back on topic. 1.5 years ago a stock jeep with an intake a nitrous ran in the 10s to answer your wquestion. you dont need a turbo.

Rear mounts cant spool as good as front mounts if you compare apples to apples. You can bandaid it with a smaller AR ratio but you sacrifice top end power. I work with turbos every day so Im speaking from experience. We've done both here.. we try to avoid rear mounts if at all possible.
