So i have the newer set of the bwoodys and i had kal tire install them. When i rip up this hill towards my house sometimes i here a bit of a bang in the front. What is this, did they need to cut the bumpstops or what didnt they do???
Did they trim the stock bumpstops as per the directions? How loud is the "thud"? If it is loud and has metallic ring to it look for the BJ in the upper A-arm contacting the shock tower. I know of at least one post with this occurring with the stock BJs, but this was with coilovers lowered down more than the BWoodys. My troubles with this using the Eibach BJs are well-documented, as you already know.
i have the eibachs and i trimmed 1" off of the front stops. the stop that sicks out of the cup, trim the contoured part of it off. this will give you stock travel.
