Adam's vs. Griot's detailing products

Has anyone done a head to head comparison with Adam's and Griot's detailing products?

Griot's also has 2 size orbital machines, 6" & 3". Where as Adams sells the Porter and Flex 7" models. I can certainly see the need for the smaller one to get those smaller creases.

I want to get something for the upcoming spring cleaning of the Jeep, Bike, and our two daily drivers.

Opinions please?

Thanks,
Jeff

Hey Jeff! I actually have the whole line of products from Adam's and it better than anything else I've tried. I have the PC machine. Adam's also sells 3" focus pads you can attach to your drill and get those hard to reach places. You could always come over and try my stuff out anytime. Im a die hard Adam's fan. I won't use anything else after using their stuff. Like I said, if yu want to try it out first, come on over

Adams has a nice detail spray and griots has a great wheel cleaner. But nether line is a "be all end all" product line to use.

You can fine many superior and less expensive products at autogeek.net

Check out optimum products, ultima, Meguiars, and DP. All great brands with great product offerings.

And if you're looking for a polisher and you don't mind spending a few extra dollars look at the Flex 3401 or the Rupes Bigfoot.

Optimum user here. Their spray compound and polish are unreal. Like their Opti-Seal product too.

I think Adam's is the end all of car cleaners. Their products are the best, customer service can't be beat. I will only use Adam's

Adam's polishes are made by Chemical Guy's. There rumors on a few detailing forums out there that Griot's is also made by Chemical Guy's. Just keep and eye out. Optimum, Menzerna, and Meguiar's for me.

Adam's vs. Griot's detailing products

I only use Griot's Garage products. Their polishers are great. Both 6" & 3" are a must in your detailing arsenal.
They are local to me as well so that's a plus.
I have used some Adams products before and I don't see the difference between the two.
