I've heard terrible things about the new clutches in the GT500s. I'm pretty sure it's a hydraulic operated clutch but wish they would have kept it old school like the cobras. Just a straight cable.

Yeah suprisingly there has been quite a few recorded instances of the stock clutch lasting less thank 5K miles on these vehicles on completely stock GT500s. I watch the thread over on the SVT forum everyday and definitely fear for mine.

Thanks DJ. The Mustang is up and running, and all back together now minus the headlights. Once those are down, it's time to go hunting for some ZR1's and GTR's
