I decided to post because this senario has happen to me a few times now. Anyways, sometimes when I'm driving at 70-80mph and I floor it the tranny will get stuck at 4K RPM's until I let off the gas.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

This has happened to me before, ended up being a corrupted TCM, I would be getting on the interstate or something along those lines, and as I would toe into the throttle or floor it, the truck would absolutely refuse to pick up any faster, I figured this out after I took it to the dealer and had it reflashed, after that, it ran like a beast, but then went right back to doing it again, had it done again, and just like before, ran good for a little bit, but messed up again, so that could potentially be your problem perhaps, hope this helps.

Try resetting the adaptives on your TCM via the Trinity or Predator and then take the jeep for a ride... Did this just just start to happen or have you just done some work on the jeep and this popped up after that?

It only happens at higher speeds and honestly, I dont drive my Jeep a whole lot. I have had my jeep for 8 months now, for 4 months of that it had been sitting in the shop. I have noticed this senario occuring ever since my rebuilt motor was installed. If I remember correctly, last month I tried to reset the TCM adaptives with my predator.
Hmmm if its an 09 and you have to manually shift it when its in autostick mode, that doesnt sound correct, cause youre truck is supposed to have the egs53 tcm module in it, which automatically shifts when redline is hit in gears, i have an 06, which has the egs52 module in it, which DOESN'T shift when in autostick, so I had it reflashed to an 07+, so now it does, so if possible, I'd start with the adaptives like Knuckles said, after that, I'd look at a reflash potentially, look on the TCM and see what model it is, if you can.
Johan has made revisions but I'm still hitting the reve limit if I mash the as past 30 MPH. Other suggestions? Rev limit is currently set at 6650. Should I start with reflashing my TCM?
