TB install Monday, Do I need to be worried

Anything I need to be aware of when I do this Monday other than clean out the intake and reassemble with same O-ring.

U taking the manifold off?? If so do not over tighten the screws that hold the mani to the heads. 10lbs max!!

Nope, not now...deal on the 85mm TB was too good to pass on. I'm going to clean out manifold with long screw driver some rags and zip ties, a member on the forum did it this way and it seemed to get most of the excess oil. When I bought truck 2 months ago it never had a catchcan.

What 85 mm TB did you buy? I thought our stock TB were 80 mm but Meeper corrected me and said 85 mm. I went in the garage where I had a stock one sitting on the bench, low and behold my calipers said it was 84.5 mm.
