2012 Jeep SRT-8 Rails for roof rack...help!

Hello all,

I am trying to install a roof rack on my 2012 Jeep SRT8.I just bought the standard Grand Cherokee rails and it seems to be missing a piece on the ends where it slides into place. Any idea's? My dealer has no idea what's going on.

I really want to get this on for my ski trip! Thanks for the help!
