Its just been my experience that rushing into paint work is never a good Idea. Why dont you tell the painter to hold off until you really figure out what you love. No one elses opinions should matter when it comes to personal appearance of your vehicle. Sit down and go over as many schemes as you can then narrow it down from there.

Have to agree with DC. Throw as many ideas around as you can. Your going to think of something as soon as the clear coat dries and be kicking yourself. Id wait until you are 100%, this paint job doesnt look like its going to be cheap.

Yeah i like the accent in the hood detents but think the middle should be the same as the rest of the car not to ephasize a "stripe." Maybe even a flat black in the detent area would look good.
