Any Chrysler Techs That Can Assist Me?

I'm looking for a Tech that can pull up some service info for me and get me a copy. I'm looking for the service procedure for a 2012 Jeep SRT8 rear differential fluid change. Basically, I want to see what the service lists for parts, fluids, and procedure for the service. I recently had an issue with my servicing dealer about this, and want to have a copy of the procedure for ammo while discussing problems with the dealer manager.

I got some info from others and it's the same as what I already posted in my other thread. I just wanted the official Chrysler branded documents for ammo. The dealer would have a hard time telling me otherwise when it comes straight from Chrysler.
