Keeping this thread alive. Anyone heard any updates on new CAIs coming out or the Injen one? Now that tuning is out has any one looked at how much heat the HPE version is pulling in? Still wanting to get one, gravitating to the HPE, but just not sure if it's worth the money.

What would you guys do or think? Wait for something else or go with the HPE?

I went with the bwoody, main reason being with my stock intake the iat's are always 25 degrees hotter than ambient. I would assume the HPE would not be any better. There is no snorkels or any way that I can see to get cool air in, only way is to locate the filter outside the engine bay

This platform has been out for almost 15 months. Volant cant use that excuse any longer.
