Prolly the radiator cap. Remove it when it cools down and turn it upside down. U will see the 2 tabs that crab the neck of the radiator. Take a pair of pump pliers and bend them down about half way so when I tighten it it grabs tighter. Also if u installed a new Tstat check around the water neck to make sure there's no leaking around it. If so the gasket can either be pinched or went bad OR the bolts aren't tight enough but don't over tighten them eiter!!
Did you just change your thermostat? Check the upper rad hose. It is a common failure. If you changed your thermostat, your radiator cap may need to be changed. Do a search, the part number has been mentioned afew times. I'm on my phone or I would put up a link.

I haven't changed the thermostat yet. Was planning on doing it soon. I did some reading on some other treads and I think the new locking radiator cap should solve it. Thanks for all the input and help.
This is a good fix for a WK1...this is in the WK2 section. Which do you have?
