I ordered the part from FactoryMopar with the part number you provided in the link, but they sent me an email, stating as per my VIN# the correct part no. is 5143192AA, which is also an Actuator, albeit more expensive: $28.00.

That's the whole unit. You don't need that. You just need the gear that attaches to that unit....
