Anybody else ever get a screen that looks like this when refreshing, clicking the back button or making a post. It does it a least a few times a day when on the computer. It did it with IE 9 & still does it with IE 10.

I've seen that happens when the Internet connection is over loaded and going slow. Page doesn't load all the way and gives up. A refresh usually fixes it.
I've been getting that for months and months, but just learned to ignore it or refresh the page. It's not just here either. I get it on 3CF and ChallengerTalk too. I most often get it when previewing a post or a PM.
