I installed 275/315 Bridgestone Duellers on the Jeep 10,000 miles ago and I love them so far. However, I've developed an odd wear pattern on the outsides. The outer tread blocks have a slight "sawtooth" wear to them if you're looking at the face of the wheel. At certain speeds it makes a noise like a wheel bearing slowly going out.
I took the Jeep in to have the alignment checked and it was in-spec. They tweaked one side by about .05 degrees to get them absolutely perfect.
Is anyone else having this problem?

Just an update:
-8,000 miles ago I took it to Firestone to have the alignment checked. It was nearly spot-on. They made slight adjustments to one wheel.
-5,000 miles ago the noise still persisted, and I had the dealer rotate the wheels and the odd wear balanced out but still made noise.
-Today the odd wear is evident again and it is still making noise!
The toe should be -.125 both sides and the stock camber is -.75 but like i said in pm i set mine at -.125 to elemanate the inner rib tire wear. I have heard that saw tooth pattern can be caused by hi speed cornering or to much toe either way in or out.
