Weird noise

Just recently started hearing weird noises that sound almost like a piece of metal keeps getting rattled in a pipe. It's a hard noise to convey, but it happens when I go on the throttle slightly and let off. It is most noticeable when in 5th and doing the throttle thing and also on a lot of the downshifts. I got headers about a month and a half ago but not sure if it's directly related to this. Anyone have any kind of experience with this?

I hit the cats once but heard nothing maybe I'll try that again but the high flow cats are only about a month and a half old

Check the bolts on the mid-pipes, I've had to tighten mine up 3 times in the last 2000 miles. Loc-tite is apparantly no match for Kooks and Borla S.
