have ?s not sure what I need to replace

Ok guys see if you can help me on this one. I have been experiencing a grind and a pop in the front passenger side when the vehicle rolls from 0-25 under light excel. as if a gear in the front diff is slipping and then finally engages. I sometimes feel as if the is some play in the front diff as well in stop and go traffic and do notice a slight knock. I have it down to 3 possible things that could be causing this problem. 1. Front Carrier. 2. Drive pinion. 3. Transfer Case. I do experience a slight shutter around 65mph as well. I would like to get opinions on what it is.

I just recently replace the rear carrier due to the pin that retains the spider gears shearing off and destroying the drive pinion. It was having similar symptoms as I am having in the front diff. Just trying to nail this thing down with out having to replace parts that dont need to be replaced.

It might sound silly, but get under the jeep and see if the front diff. bushings are shot. It will cause a clunk when the driveline gets loaded/unloaded as the diff housing will rotate under load. Just get under there and lift on the pinion and see if the diff moves. Bushings would be the cheapest fix, best to check that first
