Not sure what size headers they are. The guy I bought it from worked at Jeep and bought a whole bunch of go fast mods and had his mechanic at Jeep slapped them on. The cam is mild but pulls hard. I drove other jeeps but this thing pulls like a freight train after 2nd gear.

The headers are coated. Anyone know how to either find out what kind they are or how big?

You could measure them with a set of calipers and that should pretty close to tell you.
