HELP passenger headlight wont move up or down:(

I HAVE A 08 SRT JEEP WENT TO THE TRACK ON SUNDAY AND I TOOK MY FRONT HEADLIGHT OFF SO I CAN GET MORE AIR IN THE CAI AND AFTER I WAS DONE DOIN MY PASSES I PUT MY HEADLIGHT BACK ON NOW THE DAMN THING DONT MOVE WHEN I START UP IT TURNS ON FINE ONLY THE DRIVERS SIDE DOES ANY INPUT WOULD BE HIGHLY APPRECIATED
