2009 brakes squeaking!? (Moved)

I was just looking at the TSB page, and I don't see that the 2009 brakes are covered. When I had my 2007 they were covered. Has anyone tried to get the dealer to fix their brakes on an 09 under warranty?
Note: I have 11,100 miles on the vehicle.

I dont see why they wouldnt cover it but honestly your best bet is to just replace teh rear brake pads with a different pad. CTS-V pads are pretty popular.

After a little leg work, I now have new pads and rotors in the front and rear.
Here is what I had to do: I called Chrysler to get a case number started. Chrysler told me to take my vehicle to a Chrysler Service Center, which was a dodge dealership, where I get my oil changed. They took my vehicle for a drive and determined that my brakes indeed did squeak. The Dodge dealer reported back to Chrysler that I needed new pads and rotors. After waiting a full day to hear back from Chrysler, the dealer asked me to call Chrylser to see if I could move things forward. 5 minutes after my call, Chrysler gave the dealership the go ahead to fix everything under warranty at no charge to me.
Notes:
-This whole process did take me 2 days. We do have a third vehicle which made the waiting easier.
-My vehicle had 11,500 miles when I took it in. If you have over 12k miles, I think you will have a tough time.

I hope this helps someone in the future.

I have only 800 miles on my '10 and the fronts squeak all the time. Yeah, it's tough to try to explain to the old lady that it's normal on a 50k Jeep. I thought it was just a normal thing with performance brakes. Are the dealerships replacing the brakes and rotors with another manufacturer or are they the same Brembo parts?

Thanks..

my rear squeeked, i changed out the rotor to another OEM and installed CTS-V pads with lots of copper lube.... it was nice for about a month.... the squeek is back....
I just ordered Akebono Euro Ceramic Pads and will report back... i plan just to swap out the pads and scuff the rotor with sandpaper
