I just wanted to start this thread to update the project that I have planned for my 2009 WK1 SRT8. Most parts should be here by the end of the month.

I've decided to start mainly with cosmetic changes and then move to performance modifications in the near future :)

I would like to personally thank Skip from Demon Performance for his help and patience as well as Dan from DC Customs. These guys are great to work with and have made this such a smooth process.

Parts ordered:
1- Black Ops ParaMedic hood (body color)
2- Brembo Gran Turismo perforated BBK with red calipers
3- Rear perforated discs
4- Custom Wide Body kit
5- 22 inch OEM satin black wheels with Vredestein tires
6- Recaro Sportster CS front seats in black leather/alcantara and white stitching
7- Vilner steering wheel in black perforated leather and white stitching
8- Taillight Solutions smoked lights, rear fog lights, and third brake light
9- Borla exhaust
10- Volant CAI
11- DC Customs front HID lights with black housing and red projectors
12- DC Customs smoked front fog lamps and red lights
13- LED interior lights
14- Blacked out window and door trims
15- Matte black front and rear JEEP badges

I just installed my Vilner Ltd. steering wheel. I am posting before and after shots so that you guys can see the difference.

Vilner Ltd. is a great company to deal with. They're based in Bulgaria. I sent out my steering wheel and got it back in less than a month. The customer experience was one of the best I have had.

This mod really transforms that driving experience and suits the beastly nature of the SRT8. The quality of the perforated leather and the stitching is great, and the thickness of the wheel makes for a perfect grip.

I am extremely happy with this purchase and would recommend it. Total cost was 940 Euros including expedited shipping.

We should have hooked you up with Dallas Steering Wheel! Much cheaper and they do great work too! Have one on my Jeep in alcantara...thick wrap and done in a week!
