Currently searching for a Jeep SRT8 [used 08'-09']. I'm looking to spend $4k-$5k in engine upgrades. What is the best naturally aspirated upgrades I can do to make it a low 4s to high 3s 0-60? I took a look at the PPP stage II and III. I read the PPP stage II gets roughly a .5s decrease and not that expensive to boot. Also researched the vortech, but decided against because heard the tranny was letting go after 10k miles. I drive roughly 25,000 miles/yr, so reliability is key. Also, any known shops around the long island area that can do this kind of install. Im willing to drive up to 3 hours for the right shop.

Thanks!

My Jeep has only been tuned twice, first with the first 440 and when we put the
All my racing has been done off my original unrevised tune. All I have ever done is add
octane to alleviate Knock retard. My 440 thrives on high octane and curiouis to
see how it pans out on the dyno as well. You all know I am chasing an NA 10 second pass
and this definitely will help!!

Thanks AJ!!!

I installed my low beam & fog HID kits today. After installing the fogs, I turned the car on to let the lights burn in, then moved on to install the low beam kits. After I finished, I turned the car on again to let the low beams burn in & when I switched my lights from on to Auto, the engine idled rough & stopped. I got a p0339 diagnostic code (crankshaft position sensor A circuit intermittent). The sunroof started working intermittently earlier last week & I was planning to make an appt. to have the dealership look at it. Could the problems be related, or does anyone think installing the KID kits could have caused the issue? I'd appreciate any help you can offer.

I would like to add it if possible by ordering the 2007 Rear Back-Up Camera (kit?) for my new 2006 SRT8. Can anyone advise if this is possible? If not, any suggestions of something I can add the will integrate into the NAV screen?
Thanks in advance for the info.
It won't allow me to enter a city or address. The message tells me there is no information for the city selected and asks if I want to proceed anyway. If I say yes, it tells me it cannot process the route. So far, this only happens when I try to access a city or address in California. Any ideas before I drop it off at the dealer cuz I really hate doing that. Thanks in advance.
