Ive seen a few people mention this and Ive heard of people doing it. Does icing the intake make any diffrence in peoples E/T? How is it done do people just put bags of ice on the tube from the CAI? Do you also put ice on the top part of the engine? Im going to the trace this weekend and wanted to see if I could get some better times I deffently should its gonna be about 30 degrees colder this time.

You put a Bag of Ice on the top of the motor. Its called the INTAKE MANIFOLD.

 Maybe after heating/freezing it a few hundred times. You could have your intake manifold dropped into a deep freeze tank (cyrogenic treatment) and that should keep the molecules bound stronger.

No it's entirely safe. Manifolds are aluminum and can easily take those temp changes.

just be sure to put a towel down first over the intake manifold otherwise you will melt the plastic from the bag of ice onto the intake and boy does that stink, I've also used what was left in my nitrous bottle before and it works as well
