: Anyone know of any EP+ 06's left?
I've found two 06s for sale thus far. One dealer claims that the owner is driving it and wont sell it for EP+. Isn't this against DCX's rules? Another place said that as the vehicle has some 300 miles on it, it's considered used and thus EP+ does not apply.
I have cash in hand to buy an EP+ 06 this week but I'm not having any luck. I don't want to wait for an 07 and the price difference is signifigant enough that even if they were available today I would probably choose the Trailblazer SS instead.
Black if possible.

Thank you for the link Black SRT8. I will contact the seller with the Black one and try and feel him out price wise. I do get the feeling that his reserve is going to be closer to 47k than it will be to EP+ (about 40 even) though. I do not particularly want to go down the TBSS road either but if I can't find an 06 @ EP+ I probably will.

I am located in Reno, Nevada. I would rather buy in Nevada or California if possible but I am willing to travel (or even buy sight unseen and have the vehicle shipped :eek: ) if that's what is necessary.
Red unfortunately is out of the question for me (different strokes) and I would much rather have black but I am also aware that this may not be in the cards.

Negotiate a $500 to $1000 over invoice on a 07.....there are dealers that will...and you will have an 07 with additional upgrades instead of a depreciated 1 year old SRT.
Hell, do what makes you happy.

Anyone know where I could find out definitively whether or not this is the case? I found exactly what I want at a 5 star dealer relatively close by but was told that it isn't being sold @ EP+. When I pushed I was told "Im not sure why not, I just asked and thats what I was told".

AFAIK DCX reimburses dealers for the EP+ so I'm not entirely sure why they wouldn't want to sell @ EP+ unless the reimbursement is less than MSRP.
