Do they have a websight to order the intake? I'm new and can't seem to find any performance vendors. Also who is Dave the tuner guy and how do you find him?:D Thanks Tim

TimSRT8 what part of oklahoma are you in. I will be driving up this Saturday to spend some time with friends and family. I grew up in a small town named "Jones". Just east of Frontier City. Fingers are crossed but Fed-Ex states my BWoody intake should be in tomorrow. Oh, I will be there until Tuesday night. I am driving home on Wed.

Yeah...I thought I was going to break the sensor when I had to put as much elbow grease into it as I did.

I heard a little snap when I took mine out. It looked ok though and no cels, so I hope it's ok hehe.

I cut out a big round chunk of intake tube, then sliced into the chunk 2 times, the separated. I hope I never need to go back to stock :)

You will love it,

Dave

I sprayed a little W-D40 on my sensor and it came out pretty easy after that.

I was worried that WD40 or Silcone lube would cause the rubber to swell and fit tighter, so I used liquid soap.

I had a tool for my chainsaw with a wrench for a square nut which I used to pry the thing loose. It was just the right size to slip under the base and pull while I pushed from inside the tube.

LOL, okay so I'm not the only one who did that, hahaha, I was too embarrassed to admit it, but I got so darn mad that the knife came out and I did the exact same thing:D Anger plus Kershaw equals redneck solutions:eek:

That is funny! LMAO! I almost did the same thing, I was looking for my razor knife when I saw the W-D40 and thought I would give that a try first.

I thought about the lube but was afraid it would cause a problem with getting all over the sensor
