I am now a new owner(as of Saturday) of a red GC srt8. I traded in a 2003 Harley f-150. Wow! What a difference in power and handling. Back to my question... I had one of these kits installed in my harley and sent the owner an email to see if a kit could be made available to us. The website is http://ehrlichmotorsports.com/ I have no affiliation with them but I do like their kit. He sent me back a reply and is going to go see one at his friends Jeep dealer next week when one comes in. I will let you know if anything comes of it.

Is this some type of joke, like the blinker fluid?

Wow! Only $139 for battery terminal connectors!!! What a bargain.

Who's going to dyno before and after and post the results?

I hate to agree with him, but I installed a grounding wire kit (from a different source, but still custom made) on my Infiniti a couple years ago. I thought the same thing about it being blinker fluid. But the wires do make a difference in smoothness of shifting, the idle is smooth. Like I posted, it smooths everything out. I have never noticed any MPG gains. But if you $100 burning a hole, this mod does not suck. I can point you to an Infiniti site where the grounding wires have been talked about, ad infinitum.

Don't flame me, just relating my experiences.

Grounding is not a bad mod. but don't spend $100. go to a stereo store and buy big wire and run it to grounding points and it will smooth idle, the stereo can work better. its not worth $100 at all. Maybe like $50?? Do it yourself if you want to actually do it. I have it on my STi. But it wasn't worth the time to do it on a jeep

I agree. I did it on my subaru as well. On some cars this mod can actually make consistent power on a dyno. Why? Becasue it can allow a more direct path for sensor voltage. On some cars it makes no difference at all(like my C32), so I would have to see some results before I did it on the GC.

Depends on the quality of the grounds in the first place. One thing DCX seems to do well is grounds, so I wouldnt expect to see much difference at all in a Jeep.

No chance this kit will make any difference. If you can start the vehicle, you've got good a good ground.

After you install this kit, you should also install new muffler bearings and a new aluminum billet Fennobble Pin. (This is the pin that opens and closes the LaFoosits Valve. It is located next to the Hoopenlopper except on Red SRT's in which case it is under the Skeemer Fopnee next to the Mammifranz.) I hear this combination is good for a full second and almost 10 more MPH in the 1/4 mile. And they are just 3 Easy Payments of $19.95. Operators are standing by!

What a load...
