i found a jeep srt and the dealership is giving me the EP for $40,500..plus tax, tag,... is that a good price.
what is the EP anyways...how much is it really...are there any other rebates i can tack on to this to make it cheaper?

You will not find an incentive cheaper than Employee Pricing. Pull the trigger and buy that vehicle now, before all of the 2006's are spoken for and EP is no longer offered.
EP is 1% above invoice, and almost $5k cheaper than MSRP.
To answer your question, $40k is a steal. When the Jeep first debuted, many consumers paid $55k to obtain one of these rare beasts.
Does that one have nav?? It must have the next option package as mine was $38,800 + tax.

Like Black_SRT8 stated, yes a very good deal. I just picked my loaded one up for $40 as well and under $43 out the door. Believe me I jumped all over that and drove it 11 hours back home. The funny thing is most used Black SRT8's I found wanted more than a new one...
