Pull the trigger and buy that vehicle now, before all of the 2006's are spoken for and EP is no longer offered. EP is 1% above invoice, and almost $5k cheaper than MSRP. I just picked my loaded one up for $40 as well and under $43 out the door. Believe me I jumped all over that and drove it 11 hours back home.
