alright,
vilify me if you want...
but my goal is to help other members out at ALL times especially when I find a better deal out there than the one we have available...
and I have found it regarding the brake dust issue.
These are the same pads that people have been putting their names on a list with a support vendor here. As of 2pm PST - there are 82 sets with this company.
Why am I doing this?
Because the cost for the same pads...
are half of what is currently being charged.
Plain and simple.
Here is the information:
C-Tek pads
front: metallic D 1149 Cost: $39.99
rear: metallic D 1053 Cost: $37.99
shipping should run you around $12-15 via UPS.
CALL the following contact: Robert Mack
www.brakewarehouse.com
1-800-214-4034
Business Hours:
8am - 6pm EST M-F
8am - 1pm Saturdays
Let me add something about the pads - they will fade a little more than the "stock" pads if you are driving under "severe" conditions. So keep the "stocks" for tooling around the track. But if you are looking at just eliminating the brake dust - these are the ones.
Enjoy the savings.
I know I am.
Sincerely,
