Hey - I have a 2008 with the new HID Xenon lights. I want to replace my stock foglight lamps with xenon lamps. What type of lamps specifically should I get - I have no idea what type of intensity or anything about the type of lights I need. I want to replace them with lamps that are the same intensity as the stock one (I know they obviously can't be projection) unless there are other lamps (color intensity) that someone thinks would look better. any advice / opinions would be much appreciated. Thanks.

4300K or 6000K HID kit will do it. They are H10 size, or 9005 works fine. I don't have an '08 so not sure what colour the OEM lights look. But usually 4300K in OEM projectors give a similar appearance to 6000K in a regular housing.

Hello,

I would suggest going with the H10 5000k HID conversion kit to best match your OEM low beam HID. Please view this link for more information:

http://www.kbcarstuff.com/H10_5000k_Xtreme_Xenon_HID_Conversion_Kit_p/xt-5k-h10.htm

This product will upgrade the fog lights on your Jeep Cherokee to HID and match the OEM HID low beams.

Steve

Well there you go, that's why I am not in the HID selling biz...

hehe you weren't completely off. i just feel that the 6000k will look a little to purplish/bluish to match OEM HID and the 4300k may look a little too white =)
