: Ride height/'08 Xenon questions

I have two questions:

For those that have an '08 with Xenon headlights, is there a separate washer bottle for the headlight washer, or is it part of the windshield/tailgate bottle? I'm installing bi-Xenon headlights and I don't like the bottle that was included in the kit and I can't find a good place to install the high-pressure pump in the existing tank.

Ride height - would someone be so kind to measure from the middle of the rear wheel to the fender lip?

Really? I thought that with HID/Xenon headlights, they had washers. I went by the local dealership the other day and they didn't have any WKs on the lot with Xenon (no SRT8s either).

Thanks!

mine is 18 1/2 in front and 19" in rear. I think I posted that on jeepsunlimited as well. I have the stock WK suspension with SRT wheels.

Looks like 19".

But I thought the SRT was lower than the non SRT WK? By this mine is about the same as I got 18 1/2" in front and 19" in the rear.

That's what I thought. I just went out to the garage and measured my front and it's 18.5. Strange!

WK/XK base models vs SRT8 - Ride Height

Front Ride Height - 160 mm.......135.5 mm (srt difference = 0.96 inches lower)
Rear Ride Height - 33.65 mm...... 47.1 mm (srt difference = 0.53 inches lower)

Tolerance +/-10 mm (0.39 inches)

This distance is the difference between spindle/hub center and the body rail PLP.

So the SRT8 has even more rake than the standard WK? Wow. I wonder if there's much difference in the spring rates between them.

Thanks everyone - I greatly appreciate the information!
