Ok I have been looking at the srt8 for about 6 months for my GF. We decided for her and bought the TBSS as it was alot cheaper and slower so I dont have to worry about her racing as much,lol. well I still love the GCsrt8.

I am thinkin of trading my truck(to Don of coarse) and getting a GC. My only problem is I would be going from a 06 F350 Powerstroke diesel crew cab. I love my trucks and I know Ill misss it as soon as its gone. Now I will need to get a beeter pick up as I do need a pick up still.

So guys tell me what you love or about the cars you switched out to get the GCSRT*? Thanks guys!

I went from a Harley edition F250 powerstroke. I was lifted 8" on 38" tires 20"rims. LOVED it. I had ATS heads and studs propane...etc. The switch was a nice change. I do not regret it! I am selling my GC SRT now I think for a range rover. great truck. def most bang for the buck. GET ONE

why a TBSS? shoulda just ran with the GC from the start. lol good luck. might want to stick wit the Pickup otherwise you might miss out on havin it when you look in the garage and basically see two of the same cars, as far as usability.

well the deal the dealer made with me on the TBSS for her saved in the five year span 16,000 over the gcsrt8. I didnt feel there was a 16000 differance between the two and its for her and I pay for it and it saved me bout 300 a month in the payment. Im thinking of still keeping my truck but I am tired of having five cars,hahaha. my truck is an 06 amarillo F350 so I will have no problem getting rid of it. I just dont know about having an suv I cant tow with

well I see ya can. Do you guys love these trucks? I have owned many mustangs, a vette, and built many drag cars, I just love that these are quick out of the box and its an SUV, I love different vehicles. I know ill miss the big banana if I get rid of it but just want the jeep to put a **** eatin grin on my face!

I sold my 05 F350 Harley PSD crew lifted and on 35's to get the jeep. Do I miss it? Maybe a little, but then I go for a ride in the GC and I forget about it. I'm considering getting a pickup again so I can haul stuff and take the dog to the beach and what not.(Don't want to mess up the GC). I say go for it!

coming from an Audi S4, this is the best of both worlds. My favorite vehicle yet for overall utility and fun. Plus gets tons of attention right out of the box besides being fast.

I bought mine from a guy who had a F350 he said the GC was to small. But I have a 4runner so it is fine for me...

Your situation sounds opposite of mine. I bought a SS for me, and I'm considering the SRT8 for my wife. From the sounds of your other cars, you're probably into modding the vehicle. Not that you can't modify the Jeep, but the TB has a better aftermarket. Of course you need it cause you have to play catchup.

I think the tbss is fine and she loves the truck, I am a power junkie, I mod anything I drive, soon to do this diesel if I keep it :) I had my 03 chipped, piped all that good stuff. I like the cherokee also cause its different
