I was out of town last week, and the Jeep has been with the upholsterer to get the suede door panels done, but I just pulled into the office and found the Rotex pads on my desk. So as soon as the new wheels are finished, these will go on with the DiskItalia rotors.
I don't know what makes a good pad or not-- these look just like most other metallic pads I've seen. Once I have them on and run them a bit, I'll write up a bit of a review.

I am interested to see how you compare and contrast the new components with the stock setup...
Admittedly, I bought the rotors for purely cosmetic reasons. But when changing those out, I wanted to get back to some nice metallic pads. I don't have the serious complaints about brake dust that others do. Sure I have some buildup, but it's not horrible, and I clean my wheels regularly. The new pads will cut it back, but will not eliminate brake dust.

I also bought the the DI rotors and Rotex pads. I did research the products before I bought, and the pads are well reviewed. The rotors are very well reviewed and DI is a popular brand among the euro sedan and racing crowd. I guess you had to wait awhile for the pads like myself? Hopefully we will both have great results.
It took about a week to get the pads, but they did say that I called right after they'd received a new shipment.
Can't wait to install them!

Ya, I didn't get mine for almost 3 weeks after ordering.
Hopefully the pads, rotors and wheels will all be installed in the next 2-3 weeks.

The rotors look fantastic. What warantee do they have?
Look forward to pics and reviews & comments on the feel and performance.
