I just installed a Stant 180 thermostat and a BWoody CAI and took it out for a test run. These are my first mods and the good news is that I posted a 4.36 second 0-60 time with only those two mods according to the Dashhawk. The bad news is that my coolant temperature went up to 240 degrees and I am not sure why. I don't know why the coolant did not exchange. I had to turn the SRT8 off before it over heated. Can anyone tell me why my thermostat was not triggered? I am not great with cars so any thoughts would be great.

Sounds like you have air in the line you may have to burp it.

+1!! It may take a while to bleed the air. Mine took about 25 minutes before the burps stopped.

yep you got air in it, you can either burp it out- or ride it out. It'll ride out in a couple days.

Are you sure you're not confusing the digital temp guage for a coolant guage like a lot of us have done? That's oil temperature and it runs right around 240*.
